Enterprise for sturgeon breeding and caviar extraction and fish processing
Territorial location: Turkmenbashi district, Balkan region. The essence of the project: the organization of a modern enterprise for sturgeon breeding and caviar extraction and fish processing on the shores of the Caspian Sea in the territory of the Turkmenbashi district of the Balkan region using high-tech equipment to meet the needs of the domestic market with subsequent sale for export. The type of products produced is sturgeon fish and caviar, canned products. The objective of the project is a complete domestic market supply with fish products that is both accessible and affordable, with subsequent export sales. The fish factory site is located on the shore of the Caspian Sea and has a rectangular configuration with overall dimensions of 300 x185.5 m, the area of the territory is fenced. The enterprise territory includes: the main workshop for sturgeon and caviar breeding, a workshop for canning fish products, an administrative building, a boiler room, a checkpoint, a platform for water purification containers, transformer 1-2, a 2x1500 m3 source sea water tank, a 2x700 m3 fire-fighting tank, a 250 m³ tank for household and domestic needs, a 2x400 m tank for purified sea water, a disinfection post, a 550 m3 process waste water tank and a 45 m3 waste water tank, a fire post for 1 vehicle. The area is being landscaped with trees, plants, benches and urns. The solution for the vertical planning of the construction site is based on the transformation of the natural relief to the requirements of the development, taking into consideration the provision of surface water drainage, the convenience of vehicle and pedestrian movement, and raising rough grade level of the site to the level of the nearby road.
