An enterprise for processing its own hot and cold smoked and dried fish products in various the form such as balyk, slices, fillets, canned goods, caviar, etc. with subsequent sale of products to the population and organizations, minimizes losses during processing and high added value of finished products due to the low cost of production of live fish and the absence of transportation costs for the delivery of fish raw materials to the processing site. In addition to selling live and cooled fish, which are classified as perishable products and require special transportation and storage conditions, the deep processing facility also allows selling a wide range of processed fish products in various weights and price categories.
The products comply with regulatory documents establishing requirements for fish products, their production, storage, transportation, sale, processing and destruction, as well as identification rules, forms, schemes and procedures for assessing (confirming) conformity.

c) control over the operation of technological equipment;
d) compliance with storage conditions for food raw materials for production, packaging and packaging materials;
e) maintaining production facilities, technological equipment and inventory used in the production process in a condition that prevents contamination of products;
f) the choice of methods and frequency of sanitary treatment, disinfection, disinsection and deratization of production facilities, sanitary treatment and disinfection of technological equipment and inventory used in the process of production of food fish products.
