The feed for recirculating aquaculture systems contains everything that fish need. The feed is homogenized and granulated that makes it particularly easy and productively to digest for the fish. Therefore, fish are fed the same food throughout their life, changing it only when they move to another development stage: young fish are fed a starter food, harvestable fish are fed a salable feed, and broodstock are fed a special food for broodstock.
The fish feed production line is made using modern technology, the heart of which is the extrusion system. The raw materials undergo such technological processes as weighing, mixing, extruding, drying, vacuum oiling, cooling and packaging. This type of facility allow to produce sinking, slowly sinking and floating feeds of various shapes and sizes.
The extruder allows to obtain unique feeds of the new generation, "extruded feeds" - these are environmentally friendly, fully digestible feeds obtained from various raw materials with preservation of the nutritional properties of protein and vitamins for feeding farm animals, birds and pets.
